"My fascination with color started from the moment I first opened my eyes. I was born in Puerto Rico, an island full of color, history and inspiration. As the daughter of an architect, art came as a natural process. Big sheets of paper, crayons, markers, pencils, and pens were always at hand.
While pursuing my Masters Degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, I rediscovered art as a good stress reliever. Later I moved to West Palm Beach, Florida to start my career as a civil engineer. Soon it was time to overcome my fear of watercolor and I have not stopped since then. It is a very exciting and challenging medium. Water just has a life of its own!
